Breeze Salon Management
Breeze Salon Management is a computerized hairdressing software system designed specifically for the Hairdressing Industry. The system was designed and built with salon owners who decided how a computer system would best be used in a real salon environment. Only then did the software developers get involved to discuss how these aspects could be achieved in the final product.

Recording Details• Client database holding information about clients previous visits, future appointments, and also a notes page to hold any additional information. • Staff details can be entered into the system. This includes all the basic contact information needed and extends to recording staff members holiday entitlements and days taken. • Products and Services are also recorded on the system. These are then used in the reception page to build a clients bill. Products can also have stock levels applied to keep track of the levels currently in stock and give low level warnings. • Appointments can also be held on the system, with each stylist having a separate column on a appointments page split into days. |
Reporting• Every piece of information that is recorded in the software is designed to be of use to the salon owner. The main area where this information is accessed is through the reporting functionality of the program. • Reports include: Sales Totals, Staff Productivity, Itemized Breakdowns, VAT reporting, Stock Levels, Internal Stock Usage and Staff and Client details. • One major benefit of having a computerized salon system is the ability to see real time reports. Our software allows this to be achieved through the Report Selector page and all reports can be printed or saved to give you the information you need where you need it. |
Customization and Flexibility• We designed our software to be as flexible as possible so you will be able to set up lists depending on a product or service type you have entered to make selection as easy as possible. We also give the option to set report types so you will be able to get the exact details you wish form your reports on products and services.

Till Operations• The system is designed to complete all the actions needed to create a clients bill and then take this through to payment and completion (Payment methods and calculating change, etc.). • The system can also be connected to a till drawer which can then be fired on completing a transaction
